LNG
ISO 40ft container tank
LNG ISO 40ft tank container satisfies all relevant well-known standards for such demanding applications such as TPED, ADR and EN 13530 and ASME Code VIII div1.
Due to its unique characteristics, strength and special insulation that enables a holding time up to 186 days without any gas loss, Rektor's LNG ISO 40' cryogenic tank container is ideal to be used for the transport of LNG to remote areas to supply satellite plants, gas filling stations, villages, schools, hospitals, etc.. It can be a part of a virtual pipeline or just used as storage.
Design and type have been approved under the Type Approval Certificate issued by the Classification Society Bureau Veritas, Paris and covered by their certificates:
- Approval Certificate of Type of Portable Tank BVCT 1370282/V Rev0
- RID/ADR Prototype Agreement Certificate of Portable Tank No. F/7219
On completion the prototype of the Cryogenic LNG Container has been exposed to rigorous testing in Piacenca Collaudi & Manutenzioni, under the Test Report No. 348/13. Testing was successfully passed with no permanent plastic deformation (even allowed to some extent).
REKTOR LNG 40' ISO container tank satisfies the following regulations:
- ASME VIII div1
- EN 13530-2/A1
- The International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG)
- International Regulations for the carriage of dangerous goods by rail (RID)
- European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods (ADR)
- International Convention for Safe Containers (CSC)

Hydrogen & Helium
ISO 40ft & ISO 20ft container tanks
In the future, hydrogen will play an important role in the decarbonization of the national economy, especially in sectors that currently have few alternative technological options and where electrification could lead to significant costs. Hydrogen is compatible with current consumption patterns and enables the connection of electrical and thermal systems flexibly, highlighting the complementarity and synergy between electrical networks and gas systems.
For this reason, the Rektor LNG company developed the Hydrogen ISO container tank project for hydrogen transport.
The tank is characterized by special insulation that enables a tank holding time up to 60 days without discharging the load at maximum filling.
With carefully selected materials and robust construction, the tank allowes stacking weight of 192,000 kg on the tank, which directly affects the safety of the environment and everything around the Hydrogen ISO container tank.
The tank is primarily used for the transport of hydrogen using multimodal transport and has been built in accordance to: TPED, ADR , EN 13530 and ASME VIII div1 .
Some of the purposes for which the Hydrogen 40ft ISO container tank can be used are storage for hydrogen, it can be used for supplying gas for schools, hospitals, buildings, etc., and as a tank for ships that use hydrogen as fuel etc.

GAS6
ISO 40ft & ISO 20ft container tanks
Gas6 ISO container tank is designed as a multifunctional ISO container tank that will support the transport of 6 different gases and eliminate the need to use multiple containers for gas transfer. This opens completely new possibilities for the ISO container tank owner.
Due to the special design, valve system and special insulation, the GAS6 ISO container tank is certified and approved for the transport of the following gases:
- Nitrogen
- Methane
- Oxygen
- Argon
- Ammonia
- Etilen
Depending on the type of gas transported inside the GAS6 ISO container tank, the holding time varies from 40 to 300 days without losing any gas in that period.

Telemetry
Advanced Container Monitoring and Tracking System
Remote tank level monitoring enables companies to optimize their tank utilization by tracking levels and analyzing historical data. With the cloud-based operations center system, users can set alerts and be notified of events such as reaching a specific gas pressure threshold, hitting a minimum liquid level, or encountering certain ambient temperature limits.
Quantities that can be measured include GPS location are gas pressure, the volume of liquid in the tank, and the tracker's housing temperature (which approximates ambient temperature).
The CTC-1 series GPS trackers are battery-operated devices designed for satellite-based monitoring of the location and condition of gas within Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) tanks, as well as other "EX" type tanks. Due to its mounting position and proximity to potentially explosive areas, the device is classified as Zone 1 in accordance with Directive 1999/92/EC. It adheres to standards EN IEC 60079-0 (Explosive Atmospheres - Part 0: Equipment - General Requirements) and EN 60079-11 (Explosive Atmospheres - Part 11: Equipment Protection by Intrinsic Safety "i"). Additionally, the device is compliant with the standards outlined in the Radio Equipment Directive (RED).
